How to use the UniMate Student Portal to follow your journey, documents, applications, payments, appointments and advisor messages.
What the portal is for
The Student Portal is your operational workspace after your account is activated. It keeps the main parts of your UniMate case in one place.
Journey
The Journey view shows the current stage and the broader path of your case. It is designed to help you understand what has been completed and what comes next.
Action Center
Use the Action Center for tasks that require your attention. Complete actions by the requested date when a due date is shown.
Documents
Upload requested files and review the document information associated with your case.
Applications
Track the applications that UniMate staff have added to your case, including institution, programme and recorded status.
Appointments and messages
Check upcoming appointments and communicate with your assigned advisor through the available messaging tools.
Account security
Use a strong password and do not share your login. If you forget your password, use the password recovery flow rather than sending your password to a staff member.
