Your UniMate journey
UniMate supports students through a structured process. Your exact route depends on your profile, destination and service agreement.
1. Consultation and profile review
- Share your education background, study goal, preferred destination and budget.
- A UniMate advisor reviews your starting point and explains the next practical steps.
- Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of review.
2. Documents
Upload the documents requested for your case through the Student Portal. Your advisor or document officer may request additional items when a university or authority requires them.
3. Study options and applications
UniMate staff prepare suitable options and manage the application workflow. Students do not need to guess which application step comes next: the portal shows the current stage and actions assigned to the student.
4. Offer and enrolment preparation
When a university issues a decision or offer, UniMate records the update and explains the next operational step. University decisions remain the responsibility of the institution.
5. Visa preparation
Where a visa or residence process applies, UniMate helps organise the preparation workflow and points students to the relevant official requirements. Visa decisions are made only by the competent authority.
