Payments and invoices

How UniMate invoices, card payments, bank transfers and payment verification work inside the student journey.

Before you pay

Only pay against a valid UniMate checkout, invoice, agreement or payment instruction linked to your case. Check the amount, currency and payment method before confirming a transaction.

Card payments

Where card payment is enabled, UniMate may provide a secure Stripe checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider and should never be sent to staff through chat or email.

Bank transfer

Some service invoices may allow bank transfer to a company account shown on the invoice. Use the payment reference requested on the invoice so the finance team can match the transfer correctly.

Payment status

Your portal or UniMate finance record may show a payment as pending, verifying, paid or refunded depending on the payment workflow. Bank transfers can require manual reconciliation before the status changes.

Installments

When your service agreement includes installments, each installment has its own amount, due date and status. Pay only according to the active agreement and invoice information.

Need help with a payment?

If an amount, currency, recipient or payment status looks wrong, contact UniMate before sending another payment. Never share your full card number, CVC or online-banking password with UniMate staff.
