Required documents
The common documents students may be asked to prepare and how to upload them securely to UniMate.
Common document groups
The exact list depends on the university, programme, destination and your personal history. Common requests may include:
- Passport or accepted identity document
- Academic certificates and transcripts
- Certified translations when required
- Language test evidence where applicable
- CV or résumé for programmes that request one
- Motivation letter or statement when required
- Additional programme-specific forms or evidence
Uploading documents
Use the Documents area in your Student Portal. Upload a clear, complete copy and use the correct document category when one is available.
Quality checklist
- All corners of scanned documents should be visible.
- Text, stamps and signatures should be readable.
- Do not upload altered or misleading documents.
- Keep the original document available in case verification is required.
Missing documents
If something is missing, your advisor may add a task or send a message explaining what is needed. Do not submit a substitute document unless the responsible UniMate staff member confirms it is suitable for the specific application.
