Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the general conditions applying to the UniMate website and services.
Last updated: September 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the UniMate International website and to requests for consultations, education guidance, application support and related services.
By using the website or requesting a UniMate service, users are expected to provide accurate information and follow any additional conditions communicated for the specific service.
2. UniMate Services
UniMate services may include:
- Study path consultation
- University and programme guidance
- Application support
- Document preparation guidance
- Offer and admission support
- Visa preparation guidance
- Training and internship-related services
- Other education and international cooperation services
The exact scope of support depends on the service agreed with the student, client or partner. For the UniMate student journey presented on this website, visa preparation is the final stage.
3. Consultations
Study consultations are paid services unless UniMate explicitly states otherwise.
After a consultation request is reviewed, UniMate may contact the student to confirm the appropriate specialist, consultation fee, available appointment arrangements and any information required before the meeting.
Submitting a consultation request does not by itself confirm an appointment.
4. Applications and Student Information
Students are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information and documentation.
UniMate may rely on information supplied by the student when reviewing eligibility, recommending study options or supporting an application.
Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may affect the student's application or the ability of UniMate to provide the requested service.
5. Admission Decisions
Universities and educational institutions make their own admission decisions.
UniMate can provide guidance and application support but cannot guarantee admission, an offer, scholarship or acceptance by any institution.
6. Visa Decisions
Visa decisions are made by the competent embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other responsible public authority.
Visa preparation guidance provided by UniMate does not guarantee that a visa will be issued.
7. Deadlines
Students should provide requested information and documents within the timelines communicated to them.
Universities, public authorities and other organizations may change application requirements, procedures or deadlines independently of UniMate.
8. Fees and Payments
Fees may vary depending on the service requested. The applicable service price and payment arrangements should be communicated before the relevant paid service is confirmed.
Where a third party charges separate fees, such as university application fees, government charges, translations, document legalization, visa fees or other external costs, those amounts may not be included in the UniMate service fee unless explicitly stated.
9. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions should be communicated together with the relevant paid service or before payment. Different services may have different conditions depending on the work already performed and any third-party costs involved.
10. Third-Party Services
International education processes may involve universities, educational institutions, government authorities, payment providers, translation services and other independent organizations.
UniMate does not control the decisions, systems, processing times or policies of independent third parties.
11. Website Information
UniMate aims to keep website information clear and useful. However, education requirements, university procedures, fees, immigration rules and other external information can change.
Information displayed on the website should therefore not be treated as a guarantee that a particular requirement, programme, fee or procedure will remain unchanged.
12. Student Portal
The Student Portal provides access to available account, profile, application, document, appointment, payment and status information. Individual features may be added or changed as the UniMate digital platform develops and as services become available for a particular student.
13. Acceptable Use
Users must not use UniMate services or systems to:
- Submit fraudulent or falsified information
- Upload unlawful or unauthorized material
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Interfere with website or platform operation
- Use UniMate services for unlawful purposes
14. Intellectual Property
The UniMate name, website design, original content, platform materials and other proprietary materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without appropriate authorization.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the UniMate Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
16. Changes to These Terms
UniMate may update these Terms & Conditions as its services, digital platform, commercial arrangements or legal requirements develop. The current version will be published on this page.
17. Contact
Questions relating to these Terms & Conditions can be submitted through the UniMate contact page.
